As stated above scan for codes, but if you're not able to do that yet then go back a double check all the sensor connectors anywhere close to where you had your hands.
Still scan for code to be 100% sure what's going on.

Don't let the parts guy tell you what the problem 'might' be based on the scan reading, ask him for the code # so you can look it up or come back here and ask.

So I just did a scan and i got a P0107 for Mainfold Absolute Pressure Sensor Circuit Low. I think I must have tugged on it by accident or something when I was getting the old hose out. I should just be able to plug it back in right?

No breather cap BTW. Am I running the right setup?

I read through most of this post and it sounds like I should add a catch can to my engine. I noticed quit a bit of oil when I pulled the intake (rebuilding engine). My question is what is the most cost effective catch can that actually works?

The RX performance CC works very good.

You guys have been very helpful with understanding this setup, especially Aaron(405hp_Z06) for the diagrams that made sence.

I am doing this to a 3400 in my monte and building everything from scratch, i was able to use kitchen sink SS braided lines. I'm in the procewss of re-routing everything, but this is how wrong i had it:

Please no one get confused, this is the WRONG WAY lol

I'll accept my 40 lashings if this has already been covered somewhere in the previous thousand pages, but on the 403 I'm building, I've got the LS6 valley cover with the integrated PCV, as well as a set of valve covers with ports on both the driver and passenger covers. My plan was essentially to route things the same as the diagram below, but to provide the fresh air to both valve covers instead of just the passenger side. Any issues with this?

Do different PCV valves have different flow rates? I am am assuming they do because of physical size and the orfice size.

I tried using a PCV valve from a late model Chrysler on my car. Ever since then the bottom of the oil cap looks like a milkshake. I have put several hundred miles on it in a week or so. I figured that would be enough for the moisture to be burned off.

Loose the breather and connect your thottle body back to your pass side valve cover.

You've both got it backwards.
I attached how it should be routed(I have the LS6 valley cover though) so the side line is from the crank, and the top line goes to the intake, plus a sweet paint drawing of the inside of the catch can.

Where is your pcv? Mine is hooked up exactly like the diagram for a ls6 valley cover with pcv valve earlier in this post.

Are you sure about that....?
I believe you have it backwards.

Ive got it hooked up like it did in the paint drawing. From the valley cover side, so hopefully that stops some oil before it even reaches the catch can and will drain back.

I think so.
With this particular can (you have this one too right, along with another?) I want the oil to come in the side and go to the bottom so when its being sucked up from the top through the filters its going to be much more difficult to get oil though there. Other wise going from the top the oil just goes though the filters from gravity, drips to the bottom and then can be sucked up (in vapor form) through the side with nothing stopping it.
Ive been running it this way for a long time and its catching plenty of oil and getting little to no oil in the intake.
I know other catch cans will be routed differently depending on where the filters are and how its setup.

I had it this way, intake was full of oil.

I have a LS6 valley cover into(top center) a RX performance (under passenger side headlight) and then into(top center) a Norris (mounted to passenger side head) before going back into the intake.
