Fast 90 or 92?
Hey, Im currently building up my 2000 Z28. I plan on staying N/A, Im going with trick flow heads, and the 228R cam, as or right now I plan on staying with the stock displacement. whats better a 90/90 (ported?) or a 92/92 (ported?) for my application? thanks

a stock 90/90 will be plenty for your cam..
if you want room to grow (larger cam) then go with a stock 92..
a ported 90 is better than a stock 92... ported 92 is obviously better than a ported 90..
that cam wont need to breath enough for a ported 90 though IMO... max i could see is 3-4 hp.... not worth the 300 bucks to me..

ya i read some where even if the heads flow 300+cfm the fast can still barely flow that so 90/90 should be good

has anyone seen results from the 96 setup before they recommend it over a 90 or 92...i would get the 90 because it can be had for cheaper...the opening on the 90 can be taken to 92 easily with plenty of material left...it is just marketing
