Stock belt was still too long for mine. It looks like it's tight when the car is not running, but once the engine was turning, it was slipping. I went with a 1" shorter Gatorback belt and have not had any problems. The stock belt is 79" long. The Gatorbacks part number ends in the length of the belt. THe belt I used was 4060780. You can get them at Autozone.

So I guess my Gates drive belt(K060780) stretched, I now have my Katech belt tensioner adjusted all the way and it's not allowing me to tighten the belt with anymore than 35 ft.lb..
So today I got a new drive belt 1" shorter (Goodyear Gatorback#gtr-4060770) , but the odd thing is it's to short? The only other thing I can think of is that the belt tensioner mounts on my Meziere water-pump in in a slightly different position than the stock water-pump.
Anybody have any insite on this?

The Gates(K060780) belt did stretch to much. Replaced it yesterday with a Goodyear Gatorback#gtr-4060775, works great and it's the shortest belt that works with my combo.
I could use a gtr-4060780, but the 4060775 will allow for more tensionier adjustment, if needed.
