I have the Hooker catback. It is a very good catback for the money. Idle and cruise is a little louder than stock and WOT gets fairly loud, but stays deep the whole time. The sound clips really don't do it justice, sounds even better in person. Thats my opinion, take it for what its worth.

I've had a flowmaster catback, a corsa catback, and now I have the hooker catback. The hooker is by far the best sounding of them all, and it looks just as good as any too. Hope this helps.

Love mine... Switched to it from a Flowmaster single in/ single out 40 series & the difference was like night & day. Also the Hooker & a Flowmaster y-collector to care of about 95% of the rasp that I had..
I have the Hooker with LTs and ORY. Before the cam it had very little rasp, and sounded great. With the cam, the rasp is back (had a Flowmaster before) but it still sounds better than any y-pipe setup I've heard. True duals sound way better than any traditional y-pipe setup. All the other Hooker owners I've talked to love their exhaust.
David what y pipe are you running? Do you have cats?

I have the Hooker CB with KOOKs LTs +high-flow cats. Car sounds real good under light throttle, at WOT it screams, sounds perfect. First time I got on it after I installed the headers, was by a church on sunday. Everyone walking in turned around and stared as I flew by 
It definately turns heads, but the Hooker CB alone sounds real good. You'll love getting on it, you'll get compliments everywhere you go.

Okay, guys pay attention: all of you who endorse the hooker CB have headers and y-pipes and such. This guy is bone stock. I have a hooker CB and (currently) stock manifolds and Y... I hate to break it to you, but you will NOT be turning heads with that setup. It is QUIET. Yes, it is deep sounding (not quite gmmg), and WOT sounds good, but it is barely louder than stock.
Now, if you plan on LT's, then by all means go for it. It's not raspy at all and it works well with that kind of setup, but if you're going to remain stock then get a loudmouth or something.

I have a video of my car with hooker LT's mufflex Y pipe (With the 4" flowmaster collector) and hooker catback. If someone knows where I can host it I'd be more than glad to put it up. Honestly I love the sound it has, I had the flowmaster catback when i was stock but i love the sound i have with the hooker setup.

I've seen the Hooker ORY for the LT's and I will admit that it didn't look all that nice. What surprised me was the indentions along the right side of the pipe. Anyone know if the Mufflex pipe is worth the extra money?

mine fits alright, i just need to have all the connection points welded, by the way if you get the mufflex Y don't use those shitty band clamps they give you with it, take it to a good exhaust shop and have them weld it together and maybe use some flanges on your headers for easy removal, that's what i want to do here in a few months.
