torque header bolts too?

We are puttin on flp headers and i am wondering what you torque the header bolts too, thanks alot

18 lbs ft is the spec. I've found it hard to fit torque wrench for all the bolts so I've gone by feel for those, no problems. When you are tightening there is a noticable increase in torque you have to use at about the correct torque ( gasket fully compressed ). Just be careful if you have to take this route.

Didn't use a TQ wrench on mine, just got them pretty snug without going gorilla on the bolts.

I'd remember manual says first pass 11 lbs ft. Start from center bolts and move towards outer bolts swithcing over the center for each bolt.

I just read the manual and it says start at 11 then move to 18 lbs
