Wouldn't be powdercoating since its a composite intake. Probably airbrushed.

Let me fill in a couple of blanks here to let everyone know just how cool the guys at Vengeance are. Before I knew Vengeance was porting the FAST intakes I sent mine to an reputable gentleman on the west coast that charged me $630 dollars to fully port. It made great power and was actually used on the h/c engine that Vengeance did for me. After the rod bolt let go in that engine (my own fault BTW) I asked Ron if he'd like to check out the port work on my intake up close and personal to see the quality of the job I'd paid to have done. He said "Sure, send it" so I did. I didn't know it but before sending it back to me he sent the intake off to have this paint job done on it as a way of saying "Thanks" for sending it to him to compare the port work done vs their own. He told me he had it painted but did not tell me it turned out to be a work of art. The above pic in no way does it justice. Ron did not charge me anything to paint this intake. Honestly guys, how often to you run across a shop that will do something like this for you just to say "Thanks"? This is just one of the things that sets Vengeance apart. I just cannot say enough good things about Ron. I will say that I will not buy anything from anyone other that Vengeance to realize the potential of the upcoming turbo transformation being done on the SS. I look forward to getting a Warhawk motor from Vengeance once Modular Turbo installs the turbo kit on my car. Thanks again Ron. Seriously.

I feel kinda dumb for asking but is the paint supposed to be some kinda scheme to match something else or something?

It really looks almost too good to put on a car. Looks like a work of art that should be placed on a mantle to be looked at and enjoyed.

I was going to say, no offense but the first pic was better. That is awesome work though and I am curious if it is to match the car or something custom under the hood, or if Vengeance just did the color scheme at "random".

I would totally rock it though!
