Default LS6 intake, LT's, ORY gains?

Not trying to beat a big dead horse but is it safe to say that bolting on an LS6, Pacesetter LT's, and TSP ORY is roughly 20 rwhp? I've done the search and the answers vary so much that it's hard to tell fact from B.S. Thanks guys.

That sounds about right, you may gain abit more than 20rwhp with the mods listed just make sure you get it tuned.

i would say at least 10 from the intake and at least 20 from the full exhaust.

That paired with a tune could net around 30 good rwhp

also depends on cat-back if you get one. a tune is a must to get the most out of it.

I'll be getting a tune later but it will probably be this fall. I already have a GMMG on the car so my catback is covered. When I got my SS it was stock with a crappy flowmaster weld-in and a K&N drop-in in the stock lid. On the dyno it was weak putting down 300rwhp. I noticed the GMMG waking it up a little and the lid may have helped but I couldn't really tell so I'm guessing my car is around 310rwhp if I'm lucky. Thanks for the advice guys.

I would think 25-30rwhp is obtainable.

Ok, bringing this thread back from the dead but it's done and sounds GREAT, but I can't feel **** for a difference except it feels like I may have lost some bottom-end. We did the Pacesetter coated LT's, TSP ORY running to my GMMG, and we put the LS6 on and took the EGR and AIR off. I'm about to send my PCM to Steve Frost for a bolt-on tune and I hope to hell I'll feel a difference after the tune.

You should feel a huge difference after the tune. Your computer is probably pulling timing cuz of the egr and all the stuff it is seeing different now. After the tune it should feel completely different.

I hope so but I've heard to expect 7-12 rwhp and if that's the case I don't want to spend $150 for a tune when I can spend $50 and just have my codes turned off.

I just had my codes turned off before installing everything, i felt the difference more with the LT+y then with the ls6 intake, My car is a 99 dont know if that matters.

I felt a nice difference after the mods you mentioned... Although I am running a true-dual setup and have a ported/polished TB.

I can rip through 2nd gear easily now and chirp third... it wasn't that easy to do before. The car pulls noticeably harder. Even my friend riding with me noticed the increased power.

I'm currently untuned though, so with a tune I'll be smiling pretty wide.

I can't really say becuase I did all of my mods at once, but I have a hard time believing that you will feel a huge difference from just 20-30 hp. I mean that is only maybe 2-3 car lengths in a 1/4 mile.

I'd say anything over a 15rwhp gain would be noticeable... I didn't notice anything from installing the LS6 intake, but the full exhaust was a different story.
