You can do one cut-out behind both of the cats on the Y which will simulate a dual exhaust
One cut out behind the y merge somewhere on the I pipe (which is standard for most people doing one cut out)
or there was a guy on here who had his fabbed into the first bend just past the I pipe so that your cutout is a straight shot out.
really up to you.

I chose to go with the one cutout setup and mouted it in the intermediate pipe just below the rear passenger side seat. It tucks up nicely in there to provide ample clearance and there's a grommet close to bring the wiring (electronic cutout) into the cabin. Perfect fit.

Did the same. I got the QTP Oval Cutout and put it on the I Pipe on the bend as it goes up to go over the axle.
