Looking for exhaust sounds

Looked all over youtube, here, and ls1 sounds and can't find what I want. I have stock manifolds, gutted cats, a cutout with a flowmaster muffler in the back. Looking for clips of stock manifolds, gutted cats, and differents combos. Tried a cheap glass pack, took off the cat back and dumped it but didn't care for it. Exspecially since I was driving it everyday. In about three weeks it might get driven 2-3 times a month so I might be able to handle a little more noise.Considering buying a race muffler and dumping it but would like to hear some clips first. if anyone has any or any ideas let me know. Thanks

Nothing's going to sound great with stock manifolds and gutted cats. I had stock manifolds and ORY w/ borla and it was no where as good as my Pacesetter LT's, ORY, dumped magnaflow bullet.

Thanks for the vids. I am fully aware of the difference that long tubes make. Its just not in the budget right now since I have a little one due in about 2 1/2 weeks.

i tried the videos and all but you really cant get anything useful.. drone noise level rumble will never show in a video clip. best thing is to find someone who has it and test drive. what do you want it to sound like?

Could always buy the ebay stainless long tubes,my buddy got his dirt cheap and they are really nice,think he paid 180 shipped,

I just closed the dump because it is a bit much for day to day use. Being able to go back to the stock muffler makes the morning commute a pleasure.
