The answer to LT/ORY rasp!
And the answer is an SLP Power Flo! Just got done putting this thing on and wow, sounds amazing! Rasp is ZERO and it's got a great tone all the way through the power band. No drone at cruise either. I can't recommend this cat back to folks with LTs and an ORY enough!
The only thing is it may be a little to quiet for people who like a LOUD setup. It replaced a Loudmouth 1, so the change for me is pretty drastic. But if you're looking for a fairly civil setup that sounds great, look into one!
..... wow I sound like an SLP salesman lol!

It would be an interesting comparison since you have cats and I don't. I would imagine your cats vs. my two extra small resonators would probably sounds pretty close.
I guess the closest I can describe it is, it's slightly deeper and a bit quieter than the LM1 was with my stock manifolds and cats.

No, the Power Flo stays pretty tame throughout the power band. Not to say it's not loud, with LT's and an ORY any catback will be loud when you jump on it, but it's not like the LM was. It's really hard to describe lol. Maybe I'll try to get some clips of me driving it and post em up. I also have no doubt that the sound will change slightly over time, as of now the system has about 5 miles on it.... started to rain on my test drive so I put her back in the garage.

We had the LM1 behind L/Ts, with cats and it was still pretty raspy and droned like a bitch on the freeway. We switched to the Magnaflow catback and all of that is gone. It sounds great!! At idle its decently quiet, and gets pretty loud when you get on it..

Yea, I HAD to make a change to that setup... just way to much. Plus the rasp just made it sound like crap. Now if it would ever quit raining long enough to enjoy it more!

Bought mine here

Also, now that I've put some miles on the setup, it has grown louder, but still no rasp or drone. I'm loving this thing more and more!

I'll be getting these mufflers here shortly. Adding them to my TSP rumbler CB. Debating on ditching the Muffled I-pipe for a straight through. But that'll be another experiment.
They get old after a while. Trust me. I've had loud exhausts for eight years...... It gets old.
