yes reusing stock LS1 MLS exhaust manifold gaskets is fine.

Why cant you use the gaskets that come with the headers?

because they are made extremely cheap and will burn through and leak

Is there any bad that comes from them heating up? I started my car for all of 30 seconds and the header was already hot enough to burn my hand......are my spark plug wires in danger?


Also, i'm a little confused about the bottom bolt on the steering linkage. I got the linkage slipped over and all the way down over that joint ( i don't know what you call it) But that bottom bolt doesn't seem like it really does anything. It screws in but the side is completely open so it seems like it could just slip out.
