Default QTP Headers...A Y-pipe that fits???

Im in the market for a new y-pipe for my QTP headers that i bought some time ago and called up QTP and they said "they are no longer made." "Maybe see if exhaust shop can fab one up." WTF?!? No exhaust shop in my area has a mandrel bender.

So i found out Mufflex was sourced for the y-pipe for QTP. Call them up and they say donno if it will work with them or not. But if it doesnt no refund...

So im asking who here has had this problem and what did you do/who sells a y-pipe to fit these headers??

Thanks!

Try contacting TSP. I know one of their reps used to have QTP's that ran into their true dual set-ups, but not sure about a y-pipe.

Yeah the only thing about the Kooks and TSP are the merges suck! The QTP and Mufflex both use the 3" to 4" Flowmaster Merge. I talked with another person at Mufflex and he said it was the Mufflex Y for the Hooker headers setup would work. Im going with the Mufflex Y.

Thanks all!

Well i cant really tell you what they look like but going by their website the TSP "New Design" 3" Off Road High Flow Y Pipe For Pacesetter, and Hooker Headers looks like this http://www.texas-speed.com/shop/imag...ile=tspory.jpg

But if that indeed is the new design that you have guess they need to update their picture for it on their website. BTW Nice looking y-pipe! Oh and what kind of headers do you have? Or where you just jackin the thread??

I'm running QTP LTs and my y-pipe with cats hangs LOW (2" of ground clearance with Stranos...) - so I'm looking for something new

The good news is the new TSP Y IS in fact stainless...... It'll match. Something that can't be said about the Mufflex.
