I helped a friend do his TSP 1 7/8 headers and poly mounts last week. The only problem we ran into was jacking the motor up high enough to get the headers to slide into place.
First we did the poly mounts and of course it was a bitch to get them lined up to get the bolts in. When we finally got the bolts in, there was not enough room to slide the headers. So we had to remove the motor mount bolts, jack the motor up from the oil pan, and then we were able to get the headers in place. After that, we had a hell of a time lining up the motor mounts again to get the bolts back in again. It made it worse with the headers in the way.
We already had the steering shaft off, oil filter and drain plug and starter removed so it was still a tight fit. It was cold in the garage lying on the concrete and that made things worse. A nice warm day would have made everything go a little easier. However once everything was back together, they fit and looked great with no clearance issues.

Sounds like a pain in the ***. Some cardboard on the ground would have helped a lot.
When I do mine, I'll be using my engine hoist to lift up the engine and give me more room to work, I hope that'll make things a bit easier. I have to do it by myself. I'm not really looking forward to it.

Well put Aaron.
Lemons, I assure you you won't have to do ANYTHING like I did. As said, I knew full well what I was going to have to do.
Makes you really consider how well they are made though. If I only raised my engine an inch or so, imagine how well they
will tuck for you guys running poly mounts or aftermarket K's.
Kiss clearence issues goodbye.

Aaron, I have money and want to buy a set now. LMK
For the guy on a cold garage car.... Go buy a 100$ torpedo propane heater from Home Depot. 20$ on a propane tank.
It will be hot within 15 minutes in the garage. They last around 10 hours/tank. Never spent better money on something for the garage.

I got lucky when I did my motor mounts.
I put a small piece of 2x4 right in front of the oil pan drain plug and it was actually perfectly balanced. My wife was able to just use one hand and rock the motor around till I got the bolts started.
The 2x4's on the jack stands weren't going anywhere. They were resting on the K, and smashed into the jackstands themselves.
Also, if you're using a propane heater in a garage, you might want to crack the door. Carbon Monoxide is a hell of a drug.....
17 1/2" inches from the floor to the bottom of the K was plenty of room for me to get the headers in and out multiple times.
Thanks for all the comments guys.

i have the Spohn motor mount stands and poly MM......my engine was raised also.....i think i little less than yours tho..........i did not have to do the BFH mod for the collector for the drivers side....not much clearance but just enough......the 1st piece of pipe on the Y did not fit either......i had the pipe smushed to fit......but now that i see you notched the cross-member on the frame .......i wished i had did that instead of being ripped off by a muff shop to fix it for me......it seems when the jigs were made for the headers they used a car with really bad and saggy mounts

Accuseal 3".
I'm not the biggest fan of the stepped ones. I got the ones that are flat all the way across, 3" wide. It's nice when you torque them and watch them conform to the seam / joint of the tubing.
I want to say they were around 10-12 bucks each.

Makes me want to think about those pedestals and the UMI solids.... damn.
I wonder if the two are compatible. Can't believe I didn't know they made the pedestals only.
**EDIT** Just priced them all. I spent 80 bucks on my solids, where as the solids from UMI and the pedestals from Spohn would put me over $220.
I'll wait till I get a UMI RR K-Member
