just the fact that it's one of the least restrictive, quietest mufflers out there.who cares if it looks like a V6 exhaust,it's free flowing as hell..

Sounds really weak with that exhaust. Yeah I would never buy one.

Did anyone ever grab one of the SLP truck muffers and know if if's a straight-thru design like the 2OTL original? Any pics?

For anyone trying to build their own the over axle pipe between a TOTL and SLP DD is not the same. So buying a walker over axle pipe wont work. The TOTL set back further to accommodate the center inlet of the muffler

Truck muffler wont work either, inlet is offset and its too wide.

You MIGHT make it work, but it would be tough.

There is a post SOMEWHERE that has pics and links to the truck muffler.

Run out the back. 3" pipe is heavy.

Hey guys and gals. New poster here but may have something you all may be interested in.

I'm a 96 Impala SS and 91 Syclone owner but has a brother who owns a 97 Camaro SS.

When he bought the car the 2otl was long gone, so I took the car to Spintech with a bunch of 2otl pictures and the owner Ron made a 2otl style exhaust with Spintechs awesome sounding muffler.

The system is available to be purchased and here is the link:
http://www.spintechmufflers.com/exha.../prod_990.html

The system sounds amazing and looks real good. The only thing that I would change on it if I was to do it again would be to make the two out pipes 2.5" the whole way out and not bump up to 3" like we ended up with. I have been thinking about taking the car back to Spintech and replacing the the two out pipes which would make it look much more stock.

Hope this helps.....

Update... I recently purchased and received the SpinTech 2OTL. Catback quality is good and fitment was good. I am really happy with the way it looks and sounds.

To me this exhaust setup, two pipes on the left is a much more "classy" setup than the redneck "duals".

The upside is this type of setup is it will almost always make more power than a crossflow "dual exhaust" style catback on a F body.

Spintech needs to market this exhaust, I never heard of it till the other day....a guy was selling something similar in the classifieds.

Is this something you had Spintech make for you or are they selling it as a complete catback?

Quick Reply: If SLP made the 2OTL again, would you buy it?????
