I dyno'd my car w/ MSD's then switched them out on the dyno for the Granatelli's(sp?) There was no power increase.

I took the Granatelli's off to do a compression check and had three of them break at the ends. I had used dielectric grease on them and took them off properly but they still broke. The car had been running rough. After I broke the Granatellis I put the MSD's back on and the car ran better. I don't know if I just got a bad set or what. The Granatelli's are very nice looking wires especially with the high temp sleeves. I never sent my warranty card in after I got the Granatelli's so I haven't even bothered contacting them to see if they will send me a new set or not.

Call Granatelli Motor Sports at 805-486-6644 and we can get those wires warrantied for you. As you may or may not know, our ignition products carry a lifetime warranty.

I like the looks of the vengeance wires and a lot cheaper than the granatellis. I'm leaning towards vengeance or msd.

LilJayV10, I've had my GMS wires off and on a few times now without any issues. There's also been a few mentions in a few threads around here about how well made these wires are.

While Granatelli's video shows a HP increase on a dyno, I doubt it's easy to reproduce. Having said this, while I doubt it gave my car any more power, it does run the best with the Granatelli wires.

Considering everything on the market, I consider them the superior product available.

If I had went from stock wires to the Granatelli's I might have seen an increase I don't know. I ohmed the MSD's and the Granatelli's and they were about the same.

I installed my RPM Speed High Performance 10.2mm wires and I am not impressed. I have had issues with 3 of them not holding onto the coil. I had one that would not stay on at all and ws6 store sent me a new one with no issues but now I have 2 more that continue to come off. Seems like the boots are not deep enough to catch a good grip on the coil. I will be contacting ws6store today to return them. It sucks because they are really nice looking wires. They seemed to really smooth out my idle as well. Maybe I just recieved a bad batch but with this being my daily driver I have to go buy some locally because I can not wait for something else to be shipped.
UPDATE: WS6store is a standup company. No issue with the return and refund.

Can you toss a DVM on one of them and tell us it's measured resistance?

While I never had to return anything to WS6store, they've always given me great numbers and speedy shipping. WS6store:

Im going to try out the vengeance wires. My msd's are getting worse after a year they arc and create random misses..especially now that I replaced the plugs to tr6's..my msd's are more of a headache.Cheap isnt always good. They dont plug in well to the coils/plugs despite how well the boot might hold on..it will click and just slightly unclip from the coil/plug.Dont like to be reused.Ill try the new wires and measure them when they come in..hopefully they solve my miss and stumble at idle.

*Edit*
Or not since they dont ship over the boarder...Granatellis it is then lol
