Driver's side is suppossed to be pointing towards the drivers door. What Y are you mating up to the headers?

First off, nice Avatar... Mick is badass..

Second, the Y is a new Pacesetter unit and the headers are used off of here.

It should mate up no problem at all. Do the pipes show ANY signs of kinking or deformation? Have any pics to post? I know this pic is with duals, but it shows you just how much the driver's collector angles towards that side

At idle, no. I ran untuned for a good 3 months before I finally shipped the PCM to Frost. I didn't have codes till like the 3rd start up

lets say that you cross-threaded the #7 spark plug.... how long would it take for the car to show signs of low compression or whatever else?

Hmmm. This person didn't start the plug by hand did he....?

Pretty quick, depending on how bad it's crossed. Is it torqued down yet? Are you SURE it's crossed?

i actually did start it by hand, and its currently nice and tight. however, looking up from under the car at the spark plug in the hole.... it doesnt look like its seated right. i have had it in and out a few times before initial start up, i cleaned the threads on the plug and flushed the hole out with PB Blaster and stuck a shop towel in there. i bought a thread chaser, but didnt use it. im kinda stuck.

They are angled as it is... I bet it's in right if youve had it in our out a few times.

but i can see the spring on the metal boot of the spark plug, i cant see it on any of the other ones. i made sure the boot was on tight and the plug itself was tight. its perplexing. thanks for responding so much.

back up for the day.... for the cross threading issue, not the collector issue.
