Op do what you do ,forget about the nay sayers .Your always going to have that from some when you deviate from the norm. I commend you for thinking out of the box. You have an excellent design on your primary tubes , most get a 45* on passenger but not on the driver , nice job . Hope you get the result you going after.

Overkill.. You could make a a chain-linked X dual setup from collector to the tip with X's for no reason. I could see more of the trumpet(popping) sound going on with the addition Xs. I just don't see where the time/effort is justified with this. I can ride the bandwagon and say cool I guess..

But I will try to be nice and say that from what I can see it appears the welds are decent. I guess if all else fails you at least got some stick time on your new TIG machine.

IMO, it his money (not mine or yours), so as long as he documents it well, it makes for a interestingly different thread, regardless of whether there's any real benefit to his build. I also do have to applaud him for the quality work!
So now where's the sound clip...?
BTW,I've read way to many threads where someone employs all the proven exhaust principles only to ruin their build using crush bends in it; that to me is a real waste of time and money!
