25% ud pulley belt rubs on alternator bracket lower bolt Using a ati 25% ud pulley stock fbody alternator bracket and alternator the belt rubs or touches the lower bracket bolt. What do you guys do for a fix? Any one else have this problem? I've searched and herd about one guy grinding his bolt down.

Can you put a ribbed idler above the alt?
Doesnt look like its rubbing very much you may be able to get buy with it. OR go to someplace with bolts and get the correct length bolt the head wont stick out as far and wont rub.

M10 x 1.5 x 125mm and it needs at least 25mm threaded, also a head OS diameter of 22.3mm. In that length/size you'll probably only find it in a Socket Head Cap Screw.
I think you'd be good just clearancing it with a file, or Dremel tool with a sanding drum.
....or....with a larger diameter Alt pulley; Alper has them.

could relocate the alternator with the KWIK relocation bracket. It would mount it on the top right, near the driver side cylinder head.
