Question New 98 Trans Am Owner, exhaust question

Hi guys, I was just wondering what is the easiest way to deepen the exhaust sound on my car?
I already did all the research on this forum and I haven't really found my answer.
I live in CA, bay area to be exact and if I change my cat back will that make the car sound deeper even with everything stock? and which one will be the best one? or does it have to be a full exhaust system? I also don't care about the HP, all I want is a deep and if possible loud sound.
Keep in mind that I am 19 and goes to a UC so I am in a college student budget
Thanks

I like the Borla I have on mine. Its just the catback system and have stock exhaust manifold. Sounds pretty deep to me and awesome at WOT. I actually have the catback posted for sale

Here is a crappy cell phone video:

Back when I had my ls1 :[ the flowmaster was a real light mild exhaust at best looking back would never have bought it. Then had the adjustable borla with the open plate attached. But if you don't wanna spend that money just buy an slp. That'll be the loudest you can get from a catback.

SLP loudmouth 1 is pretty loud and it costs less than $500. I love it on my Formula.

Ive got borla right now, but im switching to GMMG by next month hopefully. I had GMMG before on my lt1, and it sounded much better than my ls1 w/borla & headers
