That's the funny thing about the 2004 Vettes. On the body side, the front O2's have a male connection and the rears have a female.

So... In order to use my rear O2 sensors as the fronts, I repinned the PCM harness my swapping the wires. Same thing I did on my Camaro.

I called and talked to Geoff for a minutes a little bit ago. He wants me to get a timing light and ensure the coils are actually firing.

Also to unplug the O2's completely and remove that from the equation. Unplugged they'll they'll the PCM 450mv or whatever it is, instead if 0 if they've failed.

Then, check the plugs to ensure I didn't somehow crack one.

Found this to be interesting...

Passenger side all completely fouled out.

Driver side all fine.

But I'm getting codes for BOTH O2 banks...

Most 02-04 base M6 vettes I've seen have been 305-310 rear since the flywheel rating is 350hp/375tq. I guessed mine at 315 when I bought it as the Corsa Pace Car axle and X were already on there. My tiny EPS and minor bowl work/mill to the 241s showed 365 w/shorty headers. Like yours though I had four cats so I noticed quite a jump when going to the long tubes with high flow 3" cats even though I haven't retuned since. You also have the Blackwing helping whereas mine is still stock air intake.
Hope you get those codes ironed out. Also double check all the ground straps as that is quite an issue for C5s on the Corvette Forums.

It's really all 3 codes that are baffling to me. How in the hell do BOTH o2's go out at the same time?

And the 0300? Multiple misfires? Why? New plugs, new wires...

Timing gun is on the way and I'll see if I don't have a coil that magically **** itself while they were off the valve covers

Alright. Unplugged both O2 sensors and she idles great and drove great on a quick 5 minute spin.

I'm seriously hoping nothing is screwed up on the body harness side of things. It makes no sense both would just "go out" like that

I'm still open to ideas and opinions.

Only thing out of the ordinary I did was repin the PCM harness for the rear o2's t5o act as the fronts. I did it right. I've done it before...

I thought about that, but I've got different o2's. 13111's don't fit. They're here in the box waiting to be returned tomorrow.

I'm still going to say what I said earlier, that you need new 02's. If it ran fine with them unplugged then bingo there Is your problem(or in the 02 wiring) that Would foul out the plugs like that also. Unless your wiring somehow got jacked up when you repined them.

Same **** happened to me when I did my H/C/I and exhaust at the same time. Car started stumbling and running like **** and my wideband was all over the place. Replaced the sensors and fixed everything.

Yep. About to leave now to return these (13111's) and grab the actual ones I need.

Wrong o2 sensors yet again. Right plug this time, but the sensor portion itself is too fat to even fit the port...

These were Bosch 13682's.

Going to try Bosch 15900's this time.

Bosch 159000 should be correct, it's listed as rear O2s for a 04 vette

Won't be any. Car is seriously screwed up. I mean bad.

Brand new o2's and it's stumbling and dying and wanting to kill itself. Unplugged, runs fine.

I have a SERIOUS electrical problem.

It ran fine before the repin? If so it sounds like you found your problem

That's what I'm thinking... But how the hell do I figure out what pin goes where?

I swapped just how you're supposed to I think.

25-26
28-29
65-66
68-69

Who knows. Maybe I screwed it up.

Only problem is the wire colors.

25 and 26 are both tan.
28 and 29 are both tan/white.

65-66 both purple
68-69 both purple/white

Wife driving car as we speak. Swapped o2 from passenger to driver, still plugged in same location. Runs 10000x better!!

Again, plugged in same port, but swapped collectors
