Gears are a waste of time on an a4 with a converter unless you have 273s on a bolt on car. You can do it with stock suspension. Box your rlcas and run 1le bushings if bushings look bad. Nice mod list.

sounds like u got a good set up going.. after the headers, lid, an t-body i would take it to get a dyno tune. Good tune will make a deal of difference.

In for results. I wonder if I could crack 11s on drag radials with a similar mod list minus the UD pulley and 1 3/4 instead of 1 7/8 headers... Being an M6 my rear would almost certainly snap with the sticky tires but I still wonder if I could pull it off.

Good choice on the circle D, same converter I have, pushed my car from 13.2 to 12.4 in ~1600' DA untuned. With a decent 60 and good air you should be damn close to 11s with just headers and tire.

you'll love the sound of that exhaust. i'm running the ebay version on my car. it's a little loud, but sounds way better than a single catback. they system is really light too.

Hopefully its a transferrable realistic recipe. If I put a 9inch in with this list on my M6 and update the clutch, and add a 100 shot and slicks, I could be perfectly happy with mid-low 11s

Car has new wheels and tires
so far mods are
TSP 1 7/8''s with 3" x pipe true duals
SLP Underdrive pulley
Ported throttle body
MSD wires
160* T-stat
lid
converter will be added this fall
