Don't see an LS6 or Fast intake on your list.

LS1 intake to fast 78mm was worth .2/2mph on my car without a tune.

Never ended up getting my 11's bolton's got tired of running 12.00's (M6) so I went heads/cam and eventually nitrous.

The fast intake won't be used, we are going to run boost and nitrous later and using a holley intake

Sorry guys, I'll post more info asap. Being summer really hurts ETs but it went 13.02 at 106mph at 2900 DA with stock converter and 3.23 gears.

that's not bad. converts to a 12.5 @ 109. you going to leave the gears for now and put a stall in?

Still debating on gears. Going to do a 3600 stall so maybe some 3.42s or 3.73s. Running 26" tires and might spray the car after we decide on a cam setup.
But yeah I know this car can see 12.50s with these mods on good DA.

well I managed to get to the track finally. ran two 7.9's with a 1.86 60'. 3800 DA. then got booted for having no driveshaft loop. she had a 7.8 in it pretty easy that day IMO but never got the chance to prove it. pretty happy for the first time out with the car. going to change from 3.73's to 3.90's. still shooting for 11's with bolt ons even at this DA.

by comparison here with the bad air, my brothers stock '13 5.0 was running an average of 8.8's @ 80 mph.

I would still pick up an ls6 in that case... No problems with nitrous on either intake. But you can always sell the ls6 for what you got it for and it will pick up a solid 8-10 over the ls1.

Dont waste money on gears 3.42's will drive just like 3.23's coming from someone who's driven both. 3.73's will feel a little different but with a stall and an auto it wont mean anything at the track. stick with 3.23's and spend the money elsewhere unless you just want the tighter "feel" of 3.73's with a stall
