Jet Hot LT problem........here it comes.... The driver's side collector is about 1/4" away from the floor of the car.
I know others have had this problem....how did you fix it?
Anyone ever get a replacement header from Jet Hot? If so, how did that work out...what did you have to do?

1/4" sounds about right......
you can either have headers that hang low to the ground and clear the body, or you can have headers that band the body and clear over speed bumps....which do you want? I personally would take the "bangs the body" every time
I installed poly motor and trans mounts to help limit my banging. It helped but could still hit on hard launches or when the clutch chattered. Now I have the motor in with plate mounts so movement should not be a problem

My passenger side header doesnt hang any lower than my tranny pan or driveshaft loop and I have never scraped them. The passenger side fits perfect...why cant the driver's side hang in the same spot?
Or is everyone else not as picky as me?
