I've had one for 5 years.
It's straight through to the left tailpipe. The right side tailpipe is fed off a baffle chamber. You can't tell, though.
It's loud at WOT and has a nice rumble otherwise. The SLP LTs REALLY make it loud at WOT.
It's the only exhaust that had documented performance gains when I bought it; 14 rwhp.
I'd buy it again.

Make sure you get the stainless system. I have the aluminized and it looks shitty. Before i got longtubes it sounded real good but with longtubes and ory it got real real raspy, to the point where i was embarrassed to take it past 2000 rpm. I got a bullet welded in the i-pipe and now it sounds great at part throttle and still rasps a tiny bit at wot.

I have an ATR and they make the muffler for Random Tech. As said above the muffler is straight through to the driver's side and the passenger's side is the left overs. I like mine and would buy again. I have Stainless.

Mine sounded great with stock exhaust manifolds. Now that I have long tubes with cats, it still sounds good until about 4000 rpms, then gets a little raspy. I'll probably swap it out for an SLP dual/dual or GMMG or maybe Stainless Works.

A friend of mine has it on his car & it sounds good, but I agree that you should get the stainless because he has the aluminized & it doesent look that great.
