Did a little bit of research on it and only has a 90mm TB opening. Looks kinda ugly with the top cover on too... Interested in results though!

Those are still short runners. Look to be about 4 or 5 inches. I guess that's OK if you want to spin to 8500 rpm.

Would be interesting to put it on a engine dyno and play with different lids, You could build a bigger box and add velocity stacks to the top of the runners, You could also do top spray injectors from the lid.. used to do that on Sprints before it was made illegal, made a LOT more power to give the alcohol 10 inches to mix... Idle was rough but who idles a sprint car......

Jeg's site says it has an overall height of just over 9" so 4-5" sounds about right on the stack/ runners. It also quotes that there might be some alignment issues with aftermarket heads...
I'd be interested in it if it flowed more/ moved my curve up over my ported Fast 102 on my forged 416.

Is anybody using this intake yet? It seems higher quality than normal sniper intake. How is it for boosted applications?

Define higher quality, I know its supposed to be thicker but otherwise besides bolt on lid looks to be about the same. The cheap one has held 30PSI, what are you looking to do?

i know it’s constructed out thicker material and welded inside and out. I was just trying to see how well it would do on a PROCHARGED build verse a high ram

If you have room for a hi-ram I would go that route especially with a procharger that needs to be overspun and revved out to make power. I had a hi-ram before and it worked very well I just got sick of not having a hood on my car so I went to a shorter setup. Also had a pro-flow thats slightly shorter and eeked under the hood.

I'd pass on this. For a street car (in our chassis) the plastic intakes are supreme. For a race car there are much better intakes like the high ram. I wouldnt cut the cowl for an intake that looses power everywhere below 6500rpm. The edelbrock pro flo xt would be a much better intake but also requires cutting the cowl but at least it makes torque and horsepower
