they are going to be a great header either way. the new ones with the egr/air and 02 bungs in the collectors that are already welded don't have the merge collector, but the 65703 ti-tech coated headers that you have to weld the 02 bungs and have no provision on the headers do have the first style of collector, so you just have to decide on which one better suits you.
Here is a pic of the Ti-Tech coated:

it looks like 3in. i wonder if there is going to be any hp difference between the headers with the merge collectors, and those without. i am leaning towards the already assembled headers, but i have h/c with 150 shot and wondering if i would be better off with the merge collector edelbrocks. what do you guys think?

So the Ti-Tech coating is more durable then the Jet Hot Coating? I have QTP's (Mild Steel) with the jet hot coating and it is flacking off and they need re-coating. With the new Edelbrock's coming out (emission style), there will no modding these to make them work, just bolt-on and play? Man these things look like a hell of a header for a damn good price. I was thinking of going with the SS QTP's with HV collector, but way too much money for me. I may have to drop out the ol' QTP's for the new Edelbrocks since I'm going with H/C soon
