Default Y-pipe question

Hey all,

I'm thinking about doing headers/y-pipe and am having trouble finding what I want in a Y-pipe.

I though I had seen a Y-pipe before with removable cats, but I can't seem to find it anymore? Ideally, I'd like a Y-pipe with interchangeable Cats/Cutouts so that I can cruise with my cutouts normally, and cats for inspection etc. Does anyone make such a Y-pipe?

Thanks guys.

I believe the FLP header/y-pipe package for LS1 F-bodys comes with cats and test pipes.

I couldn't seem to find the F-body package on FLP's web site? That was the system that I remember seeing with removable cats.

I noticed that. Looks like their site has taken a step backwards.
Here's a pic of the kit:

You might just contact flp to find out what the deal is. Good luck.

Thanks! I'll take a look through the sponsors section here to see if there's been any deals lately

A more affordable alternative may be to get a TSP catted y pipe and have an exhaust shop modify it so that the cats can be removed by putting flanges in. Then have them modify the cut outs to be bolted in their place. Never heard of that being done, but might work.
