air lid question...

ok i dont know if this is the right forum, but i have a quick question. i replaced my factory air lid with an mti lid, but i hade previously replaced my filter with a k&n filter, and when i did that i placed the gausket under the lid, so now that i have the new lid and no gasket,is that gonna be a problem? and if so where can i get a replacement gasket? i bought the filter at autozone...thnx for any replys

Call K&N to get another gasket or head up to Lowes or Home Depot.

WHOA WHOA what gasket? what's that all about? Maybe THATS why my engine bay hisses, because the airlock is not solid. I have no gasket on my airlid!??!?!? PLEASE let me know about this.
