GMMG uninstall question....
Did a search. I'm taking mine off my 02 and am having trouble separating the pipes. They are not old and rusty just stuck. PB Blaster has been applied. Is there a trick or some kind of tool. The big hammer and 2X4 ain't working. Help!!!

He's swapping a SLP dual/dual from his other car to quiet the car down. I think it's a ZL-1 (427 possibly) that was just too loud for his tastes.

Not just for MY taste, it's the whole damn world!! My neighbors, my wife and even my kids have turned on me. And yea, it's a 427, .750 lift solid roller, SC and it does NOT work with the GMMG exhaust. Hell, my GD fuel pump is louder than most cars!! It's fun at first...but not for long.

Round two is in the books. Scoring on the 8 point must system I'm down 20-16 and tiring fast. The exhaust system took a few gashes but hasn't moved. The air hammer is coming out and some kind of pipe separator is going in. No blood yet but there soon will be....count on it!!

Why don't you rent a torch and heatr it up gently then wiggle the pieces back and forth to loosen them up, to much heat and you'll burn a hole through the pipes, but this way you might be able to salvage the exhaust and maybe resell it. GOOD LUCK

Got a torch and may do just that, but there is not a lot of wiggle room.....and screw the gas tank! I'm restratigizing for round three. The 90 degrees and 200% humidity in my garage does not seem to affect my opponent but is taking it's toll on me. I also have come to realize that one wrong move on my part could result in a metallic quick whack to my head and a bloody KO for the enemy.
NAPA was no help but I did get a jizz wheel and if push comes to shove I'll just cut the pipe and sleeve it back together after I get it out.
Round 3 coming up.

How was it clamped together? If it was u-bolts forget about it and just cut it or remove the system in one piece as WS6firebirdTA00 said. ooh and with a car like that it sounds like you can afford some AC in your garage

I would kill for that tool right now. Round 3 was a technical draw. I staggered him with a few good 5lb. sledge hammer blows but he's still standing. He bounced my head off the lift a few times. I've got a secret weapon for round 4!!
