Help my car wont start

Help my car wont start I was not sure if I should post here or in the PCM section, but because this gets more traffic, Ill post it here 
oh and I havnt posted in a long time.... but for those of you that remember me 
Ok my car will not start.... the starter is not even turning over the motor. So I turn the key past run to start the car and nothing..... any ideas?
I have checked the obvious battery, alternator, but they are fine. That is not where the problem lies... I checked all of the fuses, but the larger gray ones I dont know if they are fine, as they arent clear
So where should my next step be?
Starter or noid in the starter? Ignition.... but what part?

Im clueless...
check the starter relay. pull it out and swap it for the one next to it. then try that. sometimes the relay gets stuck. if you have power to your starter after trying this then it may be your starter.

Secuity light would just flash at me when I turned the key.
I had to change the ignition lock cylinder. It's been working fine since.

I have the same problem. Optimia battery fully charged, new cabling, all new wiring harness. Vats disabled, no codes. The selenoid kicks in nice and loud but the starter does turn. Started off intermittent, sometimes nothing but I would hold the key on and then it would turn. Nothing now though. New starter on the way.

this happened to me the other day. turned out the positive post on my battery was over tightened and came completely out of the battery! but it was still sitting in there giving the car juice n such, just not enough to get close to turning the engine over.
