Smallest gain I saw was 6 rwhp , most I saw was 12 rwhp . I actually did a before and after last year on the dyno , we did an underdrive crank pulley and one of my ported throttle bodies on a 2002 Formula , the car picked up 26 rwtq and 18 rwhp untuned before and after . No , I do not have the graphs to post , the testing was done on a dyno at a shop here that is no longer in business so I can not get the info . But I do remember the results . You will be happy with the results , much better throttle response as well . Give me a call tomorrow , I will post a pic tomorrow of one (got 2 in the shop right now) if I get a chance .

okay...........I got my car in the shop right now. Having major surgery, clutch, trannywork, rearend with gears, etc. So I have to get my car back before I can remove the TB. I anticipate getting it back in roughly 2-3 weeks. Then I can take the TB off and send it off to you. So to let me get this clear.........$75 shipped both ways? and 1 day turn around?

BTW.....please post up some pics.

Thanks!

Holy **** guys, that picture about doesnt do justice! Mike at New Era is the throttle body porting/polishing God. I was shocked at the difference I saw with his work. I could really feel the difference. My throttle actually opens up all the way, unlike from the factory. New Era is the best. You will not be dissappointed!!!!

I take the stock inlet diameter and make it flush with the blade so that the throttle body will now flow as much as the blade diameter (from 72.5mm to 75.5mm), then everything inside is entirely smoothed out and the outer lips are smoothed down . Also , I clean up the top of the outer casting so it has a nice clean appearance under the hood . The bumpstop mod is done at special request only , I have found that when you do this mod (so that the blade opens a full 90) that the throttle bracket does not clear some aftermarket intakes pending your application .

Thanks ,
Mike

Mike did an excellent job on mine. I highly recommend sending it to him. He did a great job on my headers and dyno tuning as well. Definately a good sponsor to buy from and for those in western NY they do great work on installs.

Good luck

Hey Mike,

Are the TB's polished as well? After reading this thread, I plan on shipping mine out asap. Sounds like people are very happy with your work. How do you ship them back? Ground or faster?

Thanks,
Jason

They are shipped fedex ground , no cores sorry . I don't want to mix up other people's tb's with someonelse that's tb was possibly damaged . You send your's in , you get your's back , BUT BETTER !
