Well im ditching the stock valve covers for these.....

So theres no place for a breather on these......
and i wont have a PCV system at all so ill be needing a catch-can/breather setup and yes alot of it is for looks..... to finish the setup.

Page 132 of the newest summit catalog. Comes in black, red, and blue. The pic is tiny but yeah it most likely is plastic.

Yeah i saw those and i didnt want plastic and they only had one -10an fitting on them. I needed ne frm each side... since im running dual -10an lines from each valvecover.....
That catch-can i bought has dual 3/8 npt fittings so i can use a 3/8 npt to -10an fitting for it.

Here's mine. It drains back into the hose from the valve cover so it never has to be emptied. Contains stainless kitchen scrubber as a filter to catch the oil. Easy to open the top and replace. Cost maybe $10 in parts from Lowes. I should paint it black.

Anyone ever think of converting the A/C Dryer into a housing for a catch can? I figure that would be the best hidden stock setup you could have....only if you were !AC though. I would like to see this done.

Looks like the SLP lid has been rubbing up against your hood a bit there. Is that black sharpee?

So is it just an air compressor filter? The catch can?

^ seems like a catch can that small the engine would just suck the oil out of it like a straw

i have the small separator pictured above from home depot.. not the giant one

i was really surprised at how well it works.. the lines are now absolutely spotless.

i now personally think that water/oil separator with the special element these have is the best solution vs. the screens etc. that are in common catch cans.

my set up recently changed to adding this. mine is kida diff for the turbo set up. i'm pulling vaccum on the crankcase with mine.
