Hooker Aero Chamber Catback Install! I have a 98 T/A that I've been working on pretty steady for the past 2 months. When I purchased the car it already had Hooker LT's, 3" Offroad Y-pipe and a 3" Flowmaster Catback. Well Friday I picked up a Hooker Aero Chamber catback and I just finished installing it.
WOW! What a difference it made. The car is so much quieter now and when you do stand in it the exhaust note is much, much sexier.

I've had the Hooker CB since I was stock. It improved the sound of the factory exhaust. It wasn't loud at idle, close to stock actually. But when you stood on it, it sounded awesome.
Then I ran it with Kooks LTs, and a 3" catted Y with high flow cats. It was loud then, and sounded sick.
Now I run it with the same Kooks LTs, with their 3" ORY, and it's LOUD. I like it though. I can hear it (as well as my neighbors) clearly anywhere in my house (or theirs
) while it's idling in the driveway.
It's the best IMO, I've heard them all. GMMG is bad *** too, but I don't like it with LTs and an ORY. Plus it's twice the money.
