Hi guys,
GMMG will be waiting at my doorstep this afternoon, curious if I'll be able to get this thing on if I back the car onto rhino ramps. I've got a sawzall handy to remove my stock exhaust... If I wanna get this in without the rear hanging, what do I need to do? Am I better off trying to find a pair of jackstands? I've heard of people loosening the passenger side of the panhard just to get the muffler section over... just not sure what all it takes to do that.
Last catback install I did was on a lift, and it went great. But I won't have the lift until probably next week after the headers get here. Should I wait, or will it make it?

I would Just Spend 50$ and have someone put it on for ya at a shop haha. Other then that you would be better off with some nice Jack-stands. Only Prob I ran into was the clamps they give you. 2 of the 3Clamps do not Fit to well Betteroff Ditching them for some better Clamps. That Will Clamp the entire Exhaust Tube. Good Luck

I dont know how much different a GMMG is but I installed a loudmouth in my friends driveway with the rear jacked up like a foot-foot 1/2. So I would think that it wouldent be to hard to do on ramps

Got it in using Rhino Ramps for most of the work, and then a floor jack on top of a cinder block to get the rear high enough to wedge the muffler part over the axle. Was really working the angles and was able to wedge it over the panhard and under the heatshield to what looks like the fuel pump.
Coming from a constantly open cutout (the studs broke), this really is very quiet
Wonder if my LT's will wake it up some. ![Winky](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_wink.gif)
Thanks for the help guys.
EDIT: Wasn't even really a bitch to align. When it's daylight and i'm not tired, I'll have to double check the lineup on it.

It can be done. Do you want your stock setup out in one piece?
You're going to have to cut it, to get it out with that little amount of clearance.
Couple trade offs, but the satisfaction in installing your own mods is always cool.
If you want the factory CB, I saw have your local shop install it for you.
