Do you think it is worth doing until i get my super sucker kit? or should i just wait? Is there a noticiable difference?

That super sucker kit worries me. My car is a daily driver so it sees serious rain sometimes. No way hydrolock is worth a few extra ponies, to me at least. I hope the kit works out for you.

As for doing the !FRA mod, I say just wait until you get the super sucker kit and do it all in one shot since you'll have the intake apart anyway. I did the !fra mod and I installed a lid at the same time. Throttle response was much improved that's for sure. Just wait to do it. !FRA won't make or break you.

I think I noticed a slight improvement after doing the FRA. It's not too hard to do either so if you're not getting your kit very soon I'd do it now maybe.

I did the FRA mod.. didn't really notice a improvmeant.. but i no for sure it does flow better.. my car is also a daily driver.. and after being in the rain my filter isnt even wet but then again i don't go any faster then 60 mph in the rain and not in the freeway.. so that might be the explanation for the dry filter.

Have pictures on the shop computer, however I'm flying right now(in Lincoln, NE) won't be able to get to the shop computer till maybe tomorrow. If you list your E-mail address i'll send them to you as soon as possible. Come to think of it I have a pic of the prototype chrome bellows. I'll have to figure out how to post here. Gotta go now and fly back to Minneapolis. Al

Jeff, Shop info removed - non sponsor We have a fairly large showroom floor, dynojet, and other cool stuff to check out. People are free to roam around at will. In fact it's encouraged.
Hey who are you getting your Supersucker from? Just curious.

Jeff Gustafson, Go ahead and do it know. It will save you a little time when you get the Supersucker. I'm the guy that designed it, and I would like to see it on your car. I'm a airline pilot for Northwest Airlink and we fly into Soiux Falls quite often from Minneapolis. I was there 4 times in July. we stay at the Homewood suites, maybe when I'm in town for the night you could stop by and show me your car. If you or any other members have a question call me at the shop info removed - non sponsor. When I'm not flying I'm usually there during business hours. Obviously we sell them there. Coming soon from us is a bellows in anodized red or blue and chrome. I was amazed this bellows of mine in chrome picked up 2rwhp on the dynojet. Another product available soon is a front brake duct cooling kit. For those of you with manual transmissions we have developed the Quik Shift. This is similar to Lou's short stick, but priced at $39. It works AWESOME, and only takes about 5 minutes to install. Thanks, Al aka SS1LE02 or LuSSifer

Sorry LS1Tech administrators. I wasn't really trying to advertise, just mentioning where are products are produced. Out of curiousity why don't you E-mail me sponsor rates and I'll talk to the shop owner. Thanks, Al
