No real performance gains. The air delete will get rid of the popping through the exhaust you get when getting off the throttle when the car is cold. It cleans up the engine bay a lot. It will give you codes, but like said above, you can have them tunned out with tunning software.

Just did mine today. I got a check engine light for the egr almost right away but the car runs fine. I will tune it out in a couple weeks. Looks tons better without it. The put like 3 miles of rubber hose on these things for the a.i.r. system. What a waste.

I definately reccomend it. It lowered my MPG but it was worth it gets rid of all that noisy whining stuff from the engine bay. I hated that. Car sounds so much smoother now.

ok i was not sure about the EGR.. i see it on my buddies 00 TA right on the passanger head. So Casey should i still get the EGR tuned out? As far as the AIR pump, the actualy pump isright in front of the drivers front tire under the fuse panel. and there is tubing by the lid and tubing going to the manifolds. how hard is it to remove all this??

Yeah you do. The part # from Thunder Racing is 99-86SP $9.00 (you need 2) and I also got the gaskets, PN 20-1255361 $1.50 (also 2). These were thick enough for my system. Ordered mine on Friday and got them on Tuesday.
