If you want to send me one, I think I could probably do a good test of your intake against a fast 90 if the NW TB will fit up to it... PM me Jimdavis if it's something that you'd be intrested in. If the results are there, I'd be willing to buy it.

Ok...now I understand that the Nick Williams and FAST 90 manifold have a special bolt pattern so we are going to look at doing a little adapter plate to allow the Nick Williams unit to bolt to our manifold.

We might look at supplying our 85mm inlet model with a 90mm inlet so customers do not have to grind the opening out. And, as someone suggested, maybe even putting the Nick Williams bolt pattern on our manifold. The flange is large enough because the same casting is used for our LS2 model.

Eventually we will be able to provide our 96mm manifold and 96mm throttle body to satisfy customers who feel they need the larger inlet.

Anyway, this forum has given me a lot to think about.

So the 96 mm for a LS1 is about a month away and I'll have to use a LS2 style TB also correct? Are the TB's availiable from you?

Sweet, the direct port nitrous bosses will make it easy to swap my direct port system I'm going to be making over to this intake when I replace my LS6 intake

It would definitely be cool to be able to support both throttle bodies too. That'd make it easier for me to upgrade to the manifold and then buy the throttle body a little later when I can afford it better for more performance. Its all about compatibility with what else is out there that will sell your product.

I'm very glad you came on here to get opinions and hear what we have to say. I would also be more than willing to test out a manifold against an LS6 manifold on my H/C motor once I get the new trans in.

To be safe, figure that we will be shipping the 96mm LS1 closer to 45 days from now. The factory is running them right now. It will require an LS2 throttle body. We are making an LS2 but just completed the final design of it today, coincidentally. So it will be at least four or five months before the tooling is completed and we approve parts for production and then actually have parts here to sell.

I would like to know this as well, because I'm curious to know my throttle body options if I buy your 96mm LS-1 version intake.

The tooling is completed now. First article samples are scheduled to be air shipped June 20th. We will need a week or so to evaluate the samples. We don't anticipate any problems as our t.b. facory is probably the highest quality factory we have and we have never had any issues with their products. Assuming everything is ok, we would expect to have product to sell in 60 to 90 days from the end of June.

To clarify what I said above:

The LS2 style 96mm MANIFOLD will be available for sale in about 45 days.

The LS2 96mm THROTTLE BODY will be at least four or five months down the road. It is difficult to predict exact dates on projects like this because too much depends on exactly what the factory schedule is.

The LS1 style 85mm THROTTLE BODY should be available in approximately 60 to 90 days.

I'm confused about the fuel return line setup. I have a 2000, and just looked at a picture of my engine bay, and I have the circular item in the crossover tube, on the driver's side. So am I going to need to buy an adapter as well?

No. 2000 vehicles have the return-less fuel system. The item on the crossover I believe is some kind of muffler/dampner.
