Default FLP banging alittle after floor pan "massaging". need help...

i know this has been around for a while. however i'm gonna ask anyway. the y-pipe was hitting the corner of the tunnel at the front. i let down the y-pipe and popped it in a little. but i'm still gettin' some banging . any idea's would be greatly appreciated.
oh, BTW, is anyone having any issues w/ the oil pan drain plug being to close to the header tube ? i filed mine down, and STILL have to pry alittle on the header to get the drain plug out.any fixes? thanks in advance...

Replace your transmission mount with a 1LE trans mount and replace the torque arm mount with an Energy Suspension poly-urethane mount. These mounts are much stiffer material then the OEM rubber mounts; therefore, they won't let the drivetrain move as much as the rubber mounts do. You can get the 1LE mount from your local GM dealer and the poly-urethane torque arm mount you can get from the sponsorers or if they are out you can also get it from Summit Racing.

I didn`t notice much difference with the 1LE trans mount, but a poly one stopped the banging, I also threw on a TQ strap at the same time.
Car felt more 'solid'

I had the poly mount prior to the 1LE. I used the pre-load plate and left the humps alone. I didn't really notice much vibration to be honest, but I was also running an open y-pipe too. The 1LE is working as well as the poly unit was.

I massaged my floor a little and then attached a radiator hose between the pipe and floor. The hose totally solved all my banging and rattling.
