Will Corsa ever get it right? update 3 broken mufflers
I love the way the car sounds when its not a freaking rattle trap and we will try the third muffler but if that one fails we are just gonna have to go with someone else.
I am not bashing Corsa, but I just want some people to know there is a bit a QC problem over there, and they are not alone if they are having problems as well.

BTW corsa is standing behind thier warranty 100 percent and thats great, but eventually it would probably be cheaper to give a refund!

Sometimes, the highest quailty stuff goes to the big name shops that sell these things by the tractor trailer load. The big sellers can and do demand the highest quality. Sometimes that leaves the 2nd tier resellers, small shops, and the warranty claims getting the remaining product.
Maybe Corea identifed a bad production lot of mufflers. Why not just send the folks with a warranty problems the ones that are of questionable quailty until all of the bad lot's is used up? That way Corsa can use up the questionable product and not pi$$ off any new customers. If someones already got a bad Corsa, Corsa probably figures they aren't getting any repeat business, so why not send seconds as warranty parts?
