what sparkplugs are best? I have a stock 99 z28 and was wondering if any plug was better than another?

Hardcore racers change plugs more frequently than humans do. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" /> If your car is a daily-driver then you should use the platinum plugs recommended by GM - ACDelco 41-947s. There is much controversy about this but there should not be.

Re: what sparkplugs are best? When I went to AutoZone the AC Delco stock plugs were $5.99 each. They had a platinum Boush plug that was similar to the Platinum +4 except it was not pregapped for $1.99. I bought those and they worked out fine. I have been told the TR-55's only last for 10,000 miles.

ngk solid core platinums are a little cheaper and are good.
bosch platinums are a lot cheaper and are good, just in some cases
they may foul out, but i have run them without any problems.
just depends on how much you want to pay, what you use the car for ( daliy driver, or racing ) that the plugs go in.
