Default Belt keeps walking off?

When ever I go WOT or especially when I spray the drive belt walks off, about 2-3 groves. I have replaced this thing 2 times this week, thinking crappy belts. Someone told me of a Kevlar belt (using GatorBack), or is my tensioner shot, pullys seem fine, belt is tight.
any ideas

that is the "drive" belt erik.

the only other belt is for the a/c

I had mine slip a few times, bought a Katech tensioner and never put it on

I have one thats just like new for 100 + shipping. PM me if you want it. it will solve the problem.

Also when the belt feels tight it can still be the tensioner, the spring can't keep up with the rapid acceleration of the belt and movements of it when its on its way out...

If it walks off consistently then look for one pulley
out-of-plane. Aftermarket underdrive pulleys are
sometimes either just not right, or not fully drawn
in on install. A high lip tensioner may keep it on but
look for edge wear on the belt as a sign that some
one of the pulleys is out of plane.

I had this happen once. Goodyear Gatorback belt fixed the problem. Sounds like you have a tensioner going out though.

I'm with jimmyblue. This should be the first thing to check then proceed from there IMO.

you unbolt the other tensioner and bolt that one on, then torque to specifics in the instructions... pretty simple.
