ok. dont buy bosch anything. since everything will have easy access get new spark plugs (NGK's) and ac delco 02 sensors if you want but i would wait since the ceramic curring out has been reported to foul out the 02's. as far as 02 extensions and ****..you need some 24" extensions (2) and heres where you make the call. you can either buy 02 simms or you can have your car tuned. either dyno tuning (costly) or a mail order tune. the mail order tune will run you about 250 bucks but will tune your pcm for the ehaders and take out the rear 02's so it wont throw any codes.

hope this helps~

if you are not getting the SES codes tuned out for the rear O2's, you will need O2 sims

if you go with the bosch 13111's, you will not need O2 extensions, otherwise you will need the O2 extensions and use your stock O2's...one 24" extension and one 12" extension

you are going to also need new AIR & EGR gaskets - i wouldn't try to reuse the existing ones

since i'll be in the same boat... any header gasket that is recommended/supported around here that seals well???

LOL I have O2 sims and programmed out... I could probably get rid of those... but then do you guys just leave the connectors hang?

Use stock header gaskets. New or used.

OK. Reuse the stock gaskets, or buy new GM gaskets. DO NOT use the paper **** Pacesetter gives you. Go ahead and get o2 extensions, since the Pacesetter ones suck too. You don't NEED o2 sims, and you can usually get the rear o2s tuned out for cheaper than a pair of o2 sims anyway.

I never had a problem with Bosch sensors. Even if you do, if you buy them from a local auto store they are usually warrantied for a year anyway. I opted to use Bosch 1311 sensors up front instead of using extensions.
