will these flow enough?

Im thinkin about getting two of these welded into my y-pipe will they flow enough for my setup?

yea i read that.. but i dont know how much flow is good or anything. I know i have a magnaflow hi flow cat welded in the I-pipe because i had to get it done to pass emissions.. im told this chokes the engine because it cant flow enough and i need two cats in the Y because then they are only having to flow half the engine instead of all of it. So im going to get two mini cats to put in my y-pipe and i was just trying to figure out if they would flow good enough for what i have.. or even will they flow better then what i already have?
