once you start dealing with more performance mods that actually matter and wanting to get every little bit out of the car for the money that is spent, you will want the x again. then gear the car to solve your "low end" problem. i stand by my x set up. your exhaust does sound good, though.

Sounds good, but I don't think you can tell if you picked up any power. I doubt you felt any power increase or decrease though. I hardly even felt a 75 shot on my car, let alone a midpipe and muffler change.

it doesn't matter what his clearance is if his mufflers are in the right position. if his mufflers are placed right by his tires, he can't scrape the bottom if the tires are there.

it looks like a really nice setup jonas, and it sounds great, too. don't let the complainers get to you. as long as it doesn't scrape, the clearance is fine.

Lets me explain something to you're retarded *** real quick. If you say the mufflers wont scrape if they are mounted by his tires, you are full of **** and cant see straight. The rear end that the tires are mounted on, FLOATS. The mufflers are mounted in a non-movement position. Hit a good size bump, the rear end travels up, and the muffler scrapes. How old are you guys posting this **** up in here? Did you graduate highschool? This stuff isnt even that hard, but damn you need a common sense class. here's your sign!

I think what Choco meant was that if you're going slower than 100mph and drive over something like a tall speed bump, the rear tires will lift up the rear of the car and carry the mufflers over the bump w/out scraping. I've got the same clearance under my H-pipe that I do under my mufflers. I've never come close to scraping my mufflers because of where they're mounted, but the h-pipe has lightly scraped a couple times. You're in a low muscle car, not a baja truck.....just watch where the fack you're driving.

his "retarded ***" apparently lacks the ability to understand english. at least you're on the ball.

some people need a step-by-step, full detail explanation of everything. these are the same people that read the directions on how to make pop-tarts.
