ORY for Stock Manifolds...Help
I'm looking for a ORY that hooks up to the stock headers. I'm not looking for alternative options like LTs. Just looking for this if there is such a thing. Thanks, - JScott

They are out there, you might be better off with a
multi-piece setup like a SLP stock-cats Y (slightly
fatter, no crush) and "test pipes" if you are or you
expect to be under a smog regime anytime soon.
Full Y to the logs is going to be more work to swap
and unswap than the tubes. SLP Y sells for pretty
cheap, used and it's stainless. Mufflex tubes are
more rare but can be found. Together this is your
ORY, logs to I-pipe. Believe Bassani and somebody
else make a full stock-logs ORY though, if that's
your preference. I'd stay away from non-Mufflex
"test pipes", I picked up a pair once but they were
aluminized (not stainless) and did not fit properly
either.
Just the tubes, will give you most of the gain. On
a stock cam / stock logs car the Y is not your
biggest problem.

The SLP manifold...
Mann..I keep changing my mind....Now this looks like a viable change..and only 200 bucks too boot.
Are their claims true (I know... I know) of more HP? Im assuming that their claim of 10 is at teh upper limits..
My plans are uto try to "Optimize" my car. IM not chasing HP nessiarilary..but will welcome any I gain.
My plans for my daily driver are/were in no particular order
224/224 cam
Port my stock TB
New exaust system
Under drive pulley
and change up to 3.73's or 3.90s
Jimmi..what are "Test Pipes" or are you saying that he should have a set of pipes specificly for testing?
And what are or is "stock logs "

Cast iron manifolds referred to as "logs".
Manufacturers call them "test pipes" because as we
all know, emissions tampering is illegal. So you would
naturally only be using these temporarily, until you
have made up your mind whether the cats were bad
(judging by change in performance). But it might take
a good while to make that determination. Like, up to
next years smog inspection. Can't rush to judgement,
now.
I got my SLP Y for like $100 used. No point buying
bent pipe at retail just because it's shiny. Let the guy
before you take the depreciation. BTW, I noted zero
gain (trap speed) from the SLP Y. Did see a bump in
Dynamic Cylinder Air values after cat gutting though,
which has to mean more power out. Which is why I
say the Y is not one of the more significant restrictors
on a basically-stock car.

If you look at thunderracings website under y pipes they make MANY different kinds, ORY and ones that attach to your cats.
But if you get rid of the cats your going to be illegal so why not just get LT'S
