Update -- Problem w/coated Pacesetters
Cliff notes: New pacesetter header rubbed a hole in my oil filter. Pacesetter wouldn't own up and blamed everything from motor mounts to the oil pump. After testing my header in their jig and finding "nothing wrong" with it, they send me a new one.

Looks like you got a fluke header before. It's rediculous that they didn't want to help you out, they only sell about 10,000 sets of those per week.
but to be stright forward I have ran these headers for last 4 years with no filter to header problem, but I did have problem with left side banging bottom of car ,I did cut a little releaf and kink it then reweld, but back to first question,
