Will MAC headers off of a 2000 Z fit a 98 Z?

They are physically the same. The only difference is in the location of the EGR and AIR tubes. You may be able to bend yours to make them work. At worst, you will have to buy new tubes from a 2000.

The headers are coming off of a 2000 and going on a 98. So the egr and air tubes are on different places on the headers for 98 and 00?

Brandon.
The headers I have are for a 98. I had to get 98 AIR tubes to fit them.
So you shouldn't have any problems.

Better late than never I assume, I was just browsing some old topics. I had Macs on my 2000 so I know what I needed and what I didn't.
Mac does not make a set of headers specifically for the 2000+ F-Body. Mac only makes direct bolt-in headers for 98/99's.
2000 year cars need the 98 (or 99) EGR/AIR tubes to adapt the headers to their cars. The reason for this is because in 2000 GM made minor changes in the exhaust from the manifolds all the way back to the y-pipe.
Your situation with a 98 is ideal, just buy the headers, don't let the seller con you into buying the EGR/AIR tubes he needed becuase you will not need them as the headers he has were originally designed to fit a 98/99.
