Bassani or Magnaflow Cat-back ??

Bassani or Magnaflow Cat-back ?? I have a boy that was recently in an accident with his 02' T/A. His stock exhaust was pretty much destroyed and is nothing more then a giant paper-weight.
I know that both companies make a catback but i cant find anyone who sells them.
Im trying to talk him into purchasing something that not that many people have.
Also, out of the two, which would you guys prefer soundwise ??
Also, he drives a silver T/A, so im trying to talk him into having some silver ghost flames painted on the car, since he works at a body shop, and purchasing some FM10's.

My personal preference is the Whisper, but they are getting hard to find. I think Corsa would be next on my list... or a SLP Dual Dual.
Given those choices.. I'd go with the Bassani.

Re: Bassani or Magnaflow Cat-back ?? what about Braxton chamber exhuast? I have heard one before and it sounds really "tuned" nice growl to it. I dont think alot of people have it either but I dont know a lot about it either so...

Re: Bassani or Magnaflow Cat-back ?? Well, he is asking for me. I still am not sure what I want to do. Is there much weight difference between a stock catback and a Magnaflow....etc. I might just get a stock WS6 takeoff and put some nice tips on it. I usually run through the 3" cutout anyway. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

Re: Bassani or Magnaflow Cat-back ?? if you want something nobody has yet,,or atleast only a few of us have it on as a test system!...go with the new "gale Banks" system!..this is an awesome sounding system at idle & cruise,and gets really wild under full throttle!..it is all stainless steel ,and the retail on the system is only about $500!...cannot be beat in my opinion!..this will be the system of the future...or the near future atleast.. <img border="0" alt="[hail]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_hail.gif" />
