I like my Borla but Corsa sounds great too. Both are high quality systems. I'd go to the track and find two cars that have both and pick the one you like best.

Sounds like you just talked yourself into the Corsa.

Let me put it this way, if Mozart had an Fbody I guarantee you he would have had a Corsa.

In my opinion, this is exactly what a street machine ought to sound like (quiet when need be and a screamer when you romp on it). My friend has the GMMG, which is very loud at wide open throttle, and we both Dynoed on the same day and noticed that my Corsa was just as loud at WOT. Although, I can get away with it sounding near stock as far as quietness when under 2500-3000 rpm. I took my aunt to Pasadena (about 1 1/2 hour trip) the day after I installed the Corsa and warned her about my new exhaust. We were both pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was. Of coarse, I kept her (my car) at low rpm's. Well, after I dropped my aunt off, I wanted to hear what she (my car) had been trying to tell me for an hour and a half. OMG ... needless to say, I was all smiles all the way home.

Its quality is awesome. Comes with everything you need. Easy to install. I'm no Master Mechanic. If I can do it anyone can. Pretty straight forward as far as the install.

Hope this helps, Vince

Listen carefully, before you buy, PLEASE try and hear both in person if possible. Not only from the outside but also from the inside too. Only way to be 100% sure. They both sound totally different.

hmm, well, id LOVE to hear both, but unfortunately, im the only guy who owns a z28 for MILES. theyre all rice cars needless to say, all slow cars. so finding antoher z with those exhausts is damn near impossible..lol...thats why ive been searching everywhere for good sound clips, but the quality of some is so horrible i dont even want the damn things. but see the thing is, i got hookups on borlas... i can get it aorund 400 bucks... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

I love the quality of my Borla. With the Macs, ORP, and the plate wide open it makes excellent power BUT is raspy and obnoxious as hell between 2100-2500 rpm. Install was a breeze.

Im not looking for the stealth approach!!!

The corsa looks like a really nice system, but what I like so much about the borla is the adjustability of it. I ride around town with it fully closed and it sounds nice--loud but not too loud. When I go to the track I simply open it up. I would think with this you could find that sound you are looking for.

Also, I would steer clear of any non-stainless catbacks as I hated looking under my 96 Formula and seeing an 8 month old rusty Flowmaster catback.

Default Borla vs. Corsa

Borla vs. Corsa? I can afford both, but i want the one wit the nicest sound...not a raw sound, but more ofa tuned, hardcore sound....one that will make the guy i smoke deaf, but not **** off the neighbors in the morning when i turn the car on...
