Default Vengeance Fast Porting Vs. Mamo Fast porting..

I know Tony Mamo does excellent work and is proven. How many people have a Vengeance Ported Fast intake? Anyone have before fast porting and after results by Vengeance? I am very interested in their intake and looking for some feedback.
Thanks in Advance.

Call Ron at Vengeance, he can show you the dyno sheets for his work.

I would go with Mamo if I were to have it done.

What do the prices run on these port jobs, or is it one of those "If you have to ask, you don't need to know." type of things?

I'm right there with you guys. I've thought about a ported FAST for a while, but I want to make sure low end torque doesn't suffer since it is a street car first and foremost.

I'd like to see a dyno of an ls6 intake on a mild head/cam car (430hp/400tq) then swap on a ported FAST and dyno it from 2000 rpm to redline. It's great if it picks up 20 horse at 6000rpm, but if I lose 15 at 2500, it's a wash in my book, and that's an expensive wash.

Guys, I am out of town right now for Mothers Day weekend, but I will post up a few comparisons when I get back to the shop. We have NEVER seen a loss down low with the addition of a ported FAST over an LS6....

As for who to go with, I dont think you can go wrong with Tony or Vengeance... Both have proven themselves time and time again... Cost could be the deciding factor.

Its like asking who you would rather not be in the ring with, De La Hoya or Mayweather. I wouldnt want to be in the ring with either one

Louis at LG Motorsports did a tremendous job porting my 90 mm FAST. Ron and Tony are both great. It came down to cost for me. Louis hooked me up. Big time.

I have a Vengeance Ported FAST and am very pleased with the work. I don't have any before or after results, but the porting was clean and looked professional. I'm very happy I went with Vengeance.

I had one as well, it was mad ported Tony did a hell of a job and even port matched my intake to my heads with perfection, some of the best money I ever spent, not to mention customer service

Well Tony and Ron what do you think. Is it possible to do a back to back comparison on the same motor, Ron's ported 90mm Fast VS Tony's ported 90mm Fast ?? Now that would be interesting. You could each send your ported intakes to a neutral shop and have them do the dyno pulls. Good suggestion Dr. Jeckel

I didn't really care about it being between the two porters, I just wanted to see a before and after of a ported vs unported FAST on a mildly cammed (mid 230's) 346 engine.
I think that a porter vs porter comparison might get touchy and that won't help anyone.
